Carrefour, the supermarket giant, will stock the pastries among ten of the Scottish firm?s products in its Spanish stores. Genius struck a deal to supply Carrefour stores with bread and pizza in March, but the addition of a much wider range of products is a coup for the company as it looks to become one of the leading ?gluten-free food producers in Europe.
